Below are the three adaptogens that I use the most and see results from. 

  • I add Ashwagandha to tea or nighttime tonic (recipe) in video. I have seen a difference in how quickly I fall asleep and it helps calm my mind before bed. 
  • I have been taking Rhodiola in my morning smoothie (recipe in video) and man do I have serious brain focus and energy to conquer my day!
  • Maca adds a delicious nutty flavor to any recipe and is known to increase libido and fertility. I put Maca in my morning smoothie, sometimes on its own and sometimes with Rhodiola. *Thrive Market also has Sun Potion adaptogens for deep savings*
