Detox Me Tuesday Approved Perfume

Before going into my list I want to say that I do not use perfume because it is just too strong for me. I have tried several safer options and its too much, I stick to an essential oil roller every now and then. But, how cool is it that we have so many options that disclose all ingredients and are using safer options!? Tip: If you try anything that is scented and it is overwhelming to you, take that as a sign your body is saying no and try a different option.

Reminder: When you see the word “fragrance” or “perfume” on an ingredients list that one word alone could include hundreds of ingredients that you have no idea what they are. This is where a lot of phthalates and other endocrine disruptors sneak in. Every one of these brands discloses all ingredients. Most include safer synthetics as well as natural sources. Take this information and choose what option you are comfortable with.
