I have a HATE for air fresheners. Those plug-ins are doing more harm than good. First and foremost, if you have a generic plug in in your home throw it outside immediately. You may notice a decrease in allergies, headaches and more. Thankfully we live in a time where brands are creating safer alternatives! While there is no replacement for opening your windows and allowing fresh air inside, these are some great safer options for air fresheners.
Reminder: the word “fragrance” on a bottle means they companies do not have disclose all the ingredients in them. That one word alone can mean dozens of different ingredients that you are not aware of. Don’t be afraid to ask for a full list.
